Purchasing Notes: 1. Proxy Purchasing Process: This product is purchased from the Japanese platform, iichi, through Pinkoi's proxy service. Once an order is placed, the system will automatically initiate the proxy purchase. To respect the artisans on iichi, Pinkoi requests that you notify the platform of any changes or cancellations within 6 hours of placing your order. Product Inventory: All orders are subject to the supplier's actual inventory. Please note, there may be cases where the product is sold out or out of stock. If an item in an order is out of stock, the system will refund the item and proceed with the rest of the order. The refund and exchange policy, therefore, follows Pinkoi's "Returns Policy." If an item is returned for a reason other than those that are listed, the customer will bear the shipping fee of returns. Return Process 1. You must submit a refund request by pressing the "Request refund" button on the order page within seven days of receiving the product(s).
